Know the limits of structural PowerPoint comparison

DeckDelta supports modern PPTX files, not legacy binary PPT files. It does not render slides pixel by pixel, judge whether a layout looks better or detect every visual effect that PowerPoint itself can display. Theme changes, animation timing, font substitution and geometry that does not affect extracted text or package relationships may require manual inspection in PowerPoint. The tool deliberately reports structural evidence rather than pretending to provide visual fidelity.
